Terms & Conditions
For Taihoa Holiday Units
The terms and conditions
of the holiday letting as agreed to by both parties are
as follows. Departure from these terms and conditions by
you permits the owner or agent to refuse the key, amend
the charge or immediately terminate the occupancy.
- The
premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for
the period agreed upon at booking.
- Premises are available
from 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival and are to be
vacated by 10.00 am on the day of your departure. If
office unattended please leave keys in key box.
- A deposit of 30%
is required to confirm the booking with the balance paid
in full on arrival.
- Bookings will be held for
5 days to provide time for deposit to be received – bookings
will only be confirmed after deposit has been received – if
not received within 5 days of booking, reservation will
be cancelled.
- In the event of a
cancelled booking by you, the deposit is not refundable
within 14 days of occupancy. For cancellations 15+
days of occupancy the deposit is refundable less a
cancellation fee of $50.
- Taihoa
Holiday Units were designed to cater for adults only,
as such we do not accommodate anyone under the age of
18 years.
- Units
1, 2, & 3 are limited to a total of 2 guests per
unit. Unit 4 can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- All facilities
provided – pool and pool furniture, BBQ, outdoor
chairs – are done so for the exclusive use of paying
guests. Permission must be sought from Owners/Managers
and conditions will apply should paying guests wish to
invite others onto the premises.
- All bed and bathroom
linen are provided but guests should bring their own
beach towels. If guests are wanting a change of sheets
and/or towels during their stay an extra charge will
apply. For stays in excess of 7 days, a change of linen
will be provided on day 5, and every 5 days thereafter.
- All rooms
are non-smoking only.
- Pets are not permitted
on the premises or in the rooms.
- No responsibility
is taken for guests’ personal property left on
the premises.
- With telephone, internet
and postal bookings, the description of the premises
is made in good faith but no responsibility for mis-representation
will be accepted.
- No
person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that
is a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers.
Loud partying is prohibited.
- Breakages and losses
to the property are to be reported to the agent and paid
for immediately.
- All accommodation
items provided are for your holiday purposes only and
for the period agreed upon at booking, any items found
missing or damaged after your departure will be charged
for.
- In the event
that an electrical appliance breaks down every reasonable
endeavour will be made to repair, replace or hire an
alternative. The owner accepts no responsibility for
any inconvenience.
- Owners/managers
accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage.
PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT
